The Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) at UIII plays a crucial role in upholding high standards across education, research, and community service. Its systematic activities include internal quality audits to ensure compliance with national and international accreditation requirements, service satisfaction surveys to gather stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement, and management review meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of quality policies and strategic objectives.

In addition, the CQA conducts benchmarking with peer institutions and implements monitoring and evaluation programs to strengthen excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement. By aligning Indonesia’s national higher education standards with global best practices, UIII fosters a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation, thereby enhancing its reputation both locally and internationally.
