ACTIVITIES
The Quality Assurance Unit at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia plays a vital role in maintaining high standards in education, research, and community service through systematic activities such as Internal Quality Audit to assess compliance with national and international accreditation standards, Service Satisfaction Surveys to gather feedback from students, staff, and stakeholders for continuous improvement, and Management Review Meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of quality policies and strategic objectives. Additionally, the unit conducts benchmarking with other institutions, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement. By integrating Indonesia’s national higher education standards with global best practices, UIII aiming to enhance culture of quality, accountability, and innovation, enhancing the university’s reputation both locally and internationally.
