The Management Review Meeting is a mandatory annual activity in UIII as part of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) implementation. Conducted after the Internal Quality Audit (AMI), the Management Review Meeting serves as a strategic forum to review audit findings, evaluate SPMI implementation progress, and determine priority improvements for the upcoming cycle. During the Management Review Meeting, management discusses key issues, stakeholder feedback, and monitoring & evaluation results to make informed decisions on policies, corrective actions, and quality enhancement initiatives. The goal is to align improvement plans with institutional objectives, ensuring continuous effectiveness of the quality assurance system and better service delivery to stakeholders.
