Depok, July 25, 2025 — Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) officially held the “Kick-Off and Socialization of the 2025 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Application” via Zoom meeting on Friday, July 25, 2025. This event marks a strategic first step toward implementing a more integrated internal audit with a focus on strengthening the quality of the university’s tridharma (education, research, and community engagement).

The event, led by Dr. Chaider S. Bamualim, MA., was attended by key internal stakeholders, including heads of study programs, members of UIII Quality Assurance Team (GJM), officers of CQA, and Center for Information Technology (CIT).

The Internal Quality Audit is no longer just an administrative agenda but a reflection of our commitment to boosting the university’s academic quality in pursuit of internationalization,” emphasized Dr. Chaider. He also mentioned that UIII has adopted 75 (seventy-five) Key Performance Indicators (IKU) that will serve as the reference framework for this year’s AMI implementation.

Dr. Phil. Syafiq Hasyim, MA., Acting Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, also expressed his appreciation for the collaborative work of GJM, CQA, and CIT. He stressed that the AMI process must be prudent rather than merely formal.

The outcomes of AMI should serve as a critical evaluative tool to support the university’s internationalization targets, including ISO compliance, and, at the utmost importance, enhance UIII’s values on tridharma,” he stated.

The innovation caused by the implementation of the internal quality audit application is that it integrates with the university’s Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, enabling a digital and transparent audit process. The application includes features such as event matrix display, schedule tracking through the “My Event” menu, data entry for site visit results, and follow-up actions on audit findings.

The Internal Quality Audit 2025 is scheduled to take place from July 28 to 31, 2025, and is expected to serve as the improvement point for a more systematic internal audit mechanism. This activity reflects university’s effort to achieve its long-term commitment, that is, becoming a World-Class University (WCU) by transforming digital approach towards the core business of quality assurance.
