The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) held a mock assessment session in preparation for the upcoming field assessment of its Master of Finance program accreditation. This initiative, conducted on March 13, 2025, was part of a critical internal evaluation process to ensure the program’s readiness before the official assessment takes place. The session was led by Prof. Dian Masyita, Ph.D., Dean of FEB, and attended by key stakeholders including Dr. Suparto, Acting Head of the Center for Quality Assurance (PPM); Dr. Rizky Wisnoentoro, Head of the Master of Finance Program; and supporting staff from the faculty and quality assurance center. Prof. Dian emphasized the importance of the mock assessment as a self-reflective step to identify shortcomings and solve them effectively.

“This preparation is essential for identifying our limitations and understanding how far we’ve come in our efforts,” said Prof. Dian. “It allows us to anticipate challenges and make necessary adjustments ahead of the formal assessment.” Dr. Rizky Wisnoentoro provided a detailed presentation on the sufficiency of the existing data and outlined the rundown for the assessment process, ensuring that all participants clearly understood the workflow and their respective roles. Meanwhile, Dr. Suparto highlighted that the pre-assessment (pre-visit) stage is a crucial part of the accreditation process. “This stage is critical because it serves as the final checkpoint for readiness. A clear understanding of the assessment procedures will help ensure a smooth and successful process,” he noted. The mock assessment reflects FEB UIII’s strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement. By simulating the field assessment, reviewing documentation, and clarifying roles, the faculty aims to ensure that the accreditation process proceeds smoothly and achieves the best possible outcome.
